First of all i want to request you to change your Sleeping Habits , Let go to Sleep early to bed even you have a lot of work and a lot of problems , If you really like to change your body than first of all you need to relax your mind. That need rest and calm let Start form today. I know it is not too easy for you but please you will have to understand the basic need of this problem. On the whole day long all mistake which we do is due to lack of good sleep or rest. 

First you start early sleeping i promise you will start feeling good and in the end of they day you will ask your boss is there any thing else am easy now. Now for losing your weight the second important point is how to change your eating habits. That is an other big change for your may be first of all you say this is not even possible. But I promise it is possible with just your Own decision. So Promise your self that you will never ever take fast food after today and onward. You will do daily exercises for losing your weight. . You have to safe your body form fast food effects. Make you breakfast too Good and in the day you must have to take a little food and at night i will suggest you to take just a glass or milk or liquid. Never take heavy food at night. That is big case of your weight. 

In the end remove the habits of Taking tea , start to decrease of your tea cup day by day for example if you take 5 cup of tea in a day start form 4 and than go on to come down for your good health. This is best for you because Tea is also the part of this issue. 

Take maximum Glass of water and get 15 mints daily for a little exercised for your Good health . If you are taking 8 to 9 glass of water , A single cup of Green tea daily and avoiding fast food I promise with in 1st month you will feel good. Not only Mentally physically you will remain fit its my promise. So you are thinking this is not hard to do but keep in mind only reading is not enough you have to start you have to implement than you will got some batter results.
